Dave Whitcomb is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with a strong background in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as a Franchise Partner at We Sell Restaurants since December 2018, Dave previously owned Birk's Restaurant from October 2003 to July 2016, successfully maintaining its reputation as a Silicon Valley icon for casual sophistication. Notable achievements include organizing a star-studded event to celebrate 25 years of service in 2014 and implementing cost-cutting measures to enhance performance as a General Manager.
