Marla Nicholson was appointed Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Ciner Resources Corporation effective September 2019. Before this time, Ms. Nicholson served as Deputy General Counsel and in other senior roles within the organization. Throughout Ms. Nicholson’s tenure with the company, she has been instrumental in overseeing its legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions.
Ms. Nicholson has over a decade of experience in senior leadership positions, including her role as Director & Senior Corporate Counsel at LexisNexis Risk Solutions from April 2013 until November 2018. She began her practice as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Jones Day. Ms. Nicholson earned a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
