Ashkaan Hassan, Esq. has over 15 years of experience in the legal and business fields. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Researcher at U.S. Background Screening, and then as a Certified Law Clerk at the Law Offices of David J. Gallo from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they founded Fractal Three Properties, LLC, and became the Principle Attorney At Law at NuLegal. Ashkaan also Co-Founded Ctrl+Invest in 2013 and became the Principle Real Estate Broker at Ashkaan Realty in 2014. In 2015, they were appointed VP of Business Development at 6-Bit Technologies, and in 2017 they became the Chief Compliance Officer at Radius Agent.

Ashkaan Hassan, Esq. attended Crespi Carmelite High School from 1999 to 2001, Chatsworth High School from 2001 to 2003, and California State University, Northridge from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Law with minors in Meta-Physics and Psychology. Ashkaan then attended University of San Diego School of Law from 2008 to 2011, obtaining a Juris Doctor. In 2012, they were admitted to the California State Bar as an Attorney. In 2014, they obtained a Real Estate Broker license from the California Department of Real Estate. In 2020, they obtained the CSX Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate (CSXF) from ConnectWise.
