Kate Kusza

Kate Kusza has extensive experience in project management and operations. Kate has worked with various companies, starting in 2007 at Strut Creative as a Project Manager. Later on, they joined Corbis as a Print & Merchandise Production Coordinator and eventually became a Studio Manager. In 2012, Kate became a Studio Manager & Co-Founder at Uppercut, where they oversaw studio scheduling, project resourcing, and managed a wide range of print and digital projects. Kate then worked as a Project Manager at Critical Mass, overseeing digital projects across multiple disciplines. In 2016, they joined Aritzia as a Print Production Manager before taking on roles as a Senior Digital Project Manager at Cossette and We The Collective. Kate also served as a Director of Operations at Appnovation and is currently working as a Project Management Lead at We The Collective.

Kate Kusza completed their Bachelor of Applied Communication degree in E-Publishing from Mount Royal University from 2001 to 2004. Kate also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Arts from Vancouver Island University. In 2014, they received a Certificate in Digital Marketing from the Canadian Marketing Association.
