We The Curious
Rose O'Reilly is an experienced professional in science communication and community engagement, currently serving as Assistant Producer for Communities at We The Curious since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rose worked as Information and Support Officer at Playing Out, where responsibilities included supporting resident activists and managing community outreach. Rose's previous experience at We The Curious encompassed positions as Content Developer and Content Researcher for Project What If, as well as a Science Facilitator, highlighting a strong background in liaising with experts and developing engaging content. Education includes a Master of Science in Science Communication and Public Engagement from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield.

We The Curious
We The Curious is an educational charity on Bristol Harbourside and South West England’s leading science centre. Our vision is of a future where everyone is included, curious and inspired by science to build a better world, together. Our interactive experience is a safe and welcoming place for people to get creative, ask questions and explore different ideas. We develop inclusive learning programmes with and for local people, from our youth careers programme to school trips for over 60,000 children a year. We partner with universities, schools and community groups to support people to explore their curiosity, make connections, improve their confidence and wellbeing.
