Matthew Sears is currently the COO and Co-Founder at Future Fest Inc, where Matthew is involved in the strategic operations of the company. With a background in product design at We The Project and UI/UX leadership at Demicube, Matthew has a strong expertise in creating concepts and designs for VR and web applications. Prior to their current role, Matthew served as a Technical Producer at Mr. Kiki Post and as an I.T. Technician at Dixie State University, showcasing their diverse skill set in technical and creative roles.
