Melissa Filippone

Melissa Filippone has a diverse work experience in the field of research and insights. Melissa started their career as a Research Analyst at WE tv (AMC Networks) in January 2006 and worked there until February 2008. Melissa then progressed to the position of Research Manager at WE tv from March 2008 to December 2010. Melissa continued to grow within the company and became a Research Director in January 2011, a position they held until March 2014. In their role as Research Director, they were responsible for providing research analyses to senior network executives for the development of WE tv's programming efforts. Melissa also led primary studies aimed at increasing viewership and held strategic meetings with development and series producers to determine research goals.
