Hana Rado is an accomplished entrepreneur and advocate for gender equality, currently serving as Founder and President of Group Nineteen and Negev19. With extensive experience in Salesforce implementation and IT data consultation, Hana founded multiple initiatives including Desert19, which aims to create job opportunities in Mitzpe Ramon, and ZOHA19, focusing on digital marketing in Arabic. As President of Supersonas Israel, Hana works towards achieving balanced representation of women in leadership roles. In addition, Hana has taken active roles as a public speaker and investor, and recently led efforts to support communities affected by the events of October 7, 2023, through the initiative 710 West. Hana holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Tel Aviv University.

WE - Women Entrepreneurship

WE - Women Entrepreneurship promotes women’s entrepreneurship, operating 10 branches around the world. WE aspire to provide women with the tools and abilities for entrepreneurship by providing hands-on tools, practical skills, hosting inspiration events, programs and creating a supportive community that will help guide and inspire young women to fulfill their potential. Selected students are accepted to participate in WE's entrepreneurship program alongside outstanding and promising female students to gain tools, knowledge, understanding, and inspiration on launching personal initiatives. The program hosts top leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, and investors who share their knowledge and personal experiences. By joining WE, the participants gain skills in leadership, networking, pitching ideas, storytelling, creative thinking, fundraising, teamwork, business communication and more. The program is operating at top universities: Harvard, Columbia, MIT, Technion, Tel Aviv University, Ben Gurion University and more.
