Monica Helmstetter

Monica Helmstetter is the founder of We Work Well Inc, a global company established in January 2019 that facilitates hosted buyer events connecting top executives in the spa, fitness, and hospitality industries. In addition, Monica founded #SpasPushingLimits in September 2016 to inspire and engage spa professionals in fitness events while raising funds for various charitable organizations, including the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and Wellness for Cancer. Previously, Monica served as Event Director for Spatec North America at Questex from 2000 to 2018, overseeing business-to-business events and managing all aspects of buyer and supplier interactions. Monica also founded a regional sales representation firm and held the position of Advertising Director for American Spa Magazine, along with serving as Eastern Regional Account Manager for several beauty industry publications. Monica earned a BA in Communications and Public Relations, with a German minor, from Rutgers University.
