Natasha Osmond-Dreyer

Natasha Osmond-Dreyer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of WEA Illawarra and Novo Education Space, and has been the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Marbles since October 2018, a consultancy focused on providing straightforward advice without self-aggrandizement. Additionally, Natasha has been an Associate Director and certified ICC coach at ilume Australia since April 2019, and co-founded Evolve Generation / Gen-E in October 2019, aimed at fostering emotional well-being and educational development for teenagers and their support networks. Previously, Natasha held the role of Chief Operating Officer at The Colin James Method® until August 2023 and at GoalShaper until January 2021. Natasha's earlier experience includes significant positions at National Australia Bank, Bank of New Zealand, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where achievements included exceeding revenue targets and pioneering gender diversity in leadership. Natasha is also pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership at the University of Wollongong, holding prior advanced degrees in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Italian.

Novo Education Space is a registered, non-denominational, independent school specifically designed for the inclusion of young people who would flourish with the right support in an alternative school environment. We have been operating since 2011 (formerly known as Alesco Illawarra). We offer an alternative education option for young people in Years 9-12 who feel that they are ready and willing to take control of their own learning and their future, but need a different kind of environment to succeed.
