Vaughn Vance

Vaughn Vance is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as President/CEO and Executive Director at WEA Trust since August 2004, as well as President & CEO at NeuGen since 2013, Vaughn has demonstrated expertise in strategic management and governance. Previous positions include President & CEO at Health Tradition Health Plan, Inc. from October 2021 to November 2023, and Legislative Liaison at the Wisconsin Department of Justice, where collaboration with the legislature and state agencies was vital. Additionally, Vaughn served as Chief of Staff for the Wisconsin State Senate, managing legislative processes for State Senator Roger Breske. Educationally, Vaughn holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School, a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Coe College.
