Gabriel Garrett started their work experience in 2013 as a cofounder of Cryptedge, an altcoin hedgefund. Gabriel then moved on to roles such as Chief Software Architect at Connectomix and Software Engineer at Robotics Unlimited Inc. In 2017, they worked as a Sequoia Summer Fellow at Sequoia Capital and later as a Research Engineer at Beyond One. Gabriel then became an Independent Contractor at Procope AS, where they worked on key infrastructural projects for retail businesses in Norway. In 2019, Gabriel joined Core10 as a Software Engineer, working on advanced banking and lending applications. Gabriel later worked as a Software Engineer at Olive, implementing cost-saving software automations for healthcare systems. From 2022 to 2023, they served as a Senior Software Engineer and then as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at dcSpark, managing a software engineering team and building the Flint crypto wallet. Currently, Gabriel is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Wealth Access, Inc.

Gabriel Garrett pursued their education in Computer Science and English and Creative Writing. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Stony Brook University, where they completed coursework towards their major in Computer Science and a minor in English and Creative Writing. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they enrolled at Farmingdale State College, where they focused on Computer Programming.
