Ramana Gupta

Ramana Gupta is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management and community-driven development. As a Board Member at SOPAR-Bala Vikasa since June 2018, Ramana supports initiatives such as the Orphan Education program and Social Enterprise incubation. Previous roles include Head of Derivatives and Treasury Head at Reliance Industries Limited from April 2001 to May 2004, where Ramana developed innovative risk management structures and implemented advanced financial systems. As Treasurer at Jio from March 2013 to October 2015, Ramana established corporate treasury operations for the telecom giant. Currently serving as the Founder of Wealth First Finserv since April 2017, Ramana is dedicated to personal finance management for busy individuals and firms. Ramana's career began at State Bank of Hyderabad, where foundational banking skills were acquired, followed by managerial roles in forex at Reliance. Ramana holds a certification from GARP obtained in 2007.
