Michelle Lauffer

Michelle Lauffer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michelle started their career as an Information Technology Intern at Ligonier Valley School District in 2003. From there, they joined Wabtec Corporation and worked as a Global Services Intern before becoming a Computer Support Specialist. In 2007, Michelle joined Norwin School District as a Software Support Specialist and Computer Network Technician. Over time, they were promoted to Administrative Applications Analyst and PIMS Manager, where they played a crucial role in implementing the district's new student information system. Michelle also served as the President of the Skyward Keystone State Users Group, leading the advisory committee and organizing a yearly conference for Skyward users in Pennsylvania. Most recently, they joined Wealthbox as a CRM Support Specialist in 2023. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to supporting staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Michelle Lauffer attended Saint Vincent College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Technology. In February 2021, they obtained the Google Certified Educator Level 1 certification from Google for Education.
