Software Engineer at Wealthfront

Eric Yeh has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Eric recently joined Wealthfront as a Software Engineer in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at U.S. Bank as a Software Developer from June 2021 to August 2021, where they successfully completed multiple development and QA tasks, developed a microservice using Java Spring Boot and Hoverfly, and enhanced Jenkins pipelines.

Eric also has experience in tutoring and research. At UC San Diego, they worked as a Computer Science Tutor from January 2020 to June 2020 and as an Instructional Assistant from September 2019 to December 2019. Additionally, they interned at the Paesani Research Group as a Research Intern from January 2017 to June 2020.

During summer 2019, Eric was a Summer Research Intern at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they participated in the Bruins In Genomics (B.I.G) summer research program. Eric worked on computational biology research, implemented a network model using Python, developed a 3D network visualizer, and presented their findings through a poster presentation to UCLA faculty.

Earlier in their academic career at UC San Diego, Eric served as a Student Foundation Investment Committee Analyst from September 2017 to June 2019 and as an Academic Tutor from June 2017 to June 2018.

Eric Yeh's education history begins in 2016 when they enrolled at UC San Diego to pursue a Bachelor's degree. From 2016 to 2020, they studied Biochemistry and Cell Biology as their major, while also pursuing Computer Science and Management Science as minors.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Eric continued their education at UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering. Eric enrolled in the Master of Science program and pursued a degree in Computer Science and Engineering. This program spanned from 2020 to 2022.

Thus, Eric Yeh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology with minors in Computer Science and Management Science from UC San Diego in 2020. Eric then went on to earn a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering in 2022.
