Michelle Wilson

Michelle Wilson serves on the boards of Wealthfront and Cockroach Labs. They previously served on the boards of Pinterest (Lead Director; Chair, Compensation Committee; Audit Committee) from 2016 to 2021, Zendesk (Chair, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee; Audit Committee) from 2014 to 2022, Okta (Chair, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee; Compensation Committee) from 2015 to 2022, and Stripe (Audit Committee) from 2018 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they were a Partner at Perkins Coie from 1988 to 1999, and they later served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Amazon.com from 1999 to 2012, and as head of human resources from 2001 to 2003. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business, and a Doctor of Law (J.D.), cum laude, from the University of Chicago.
