In 2015, they worked as a Fashion Design / Merchandising Assistant at Necessary Objects Ltd. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Freelance Designer at New Waves Apparel Group. In 2017, they became a Residential Real Estate Agent at 信義房屋介紹股份有限公司, generating leads and closing deals worth $7.62 million in the first year. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Sinyi Global assets management Ltd., gaining a clear understanding of the property market and providing financial advice. In 2019, they became a Sales Director at Wan Sun trading company, where they developed strategies to promote brands and increase sales. Currently, Hsiao Chun Chang is working as a Sales Executive at WealthPark Co., Ltd.

Hsiao Chun Chang's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Parsons School of Design - The New School. Hsiao Chun pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design and completed their studies in 2014.

In 2013, Hsiao Chun Chang obtained a certification in N2 JLPT Japanese Language professional test from JEES - Japan Educational Exchanges and Services.

In 2015, they earned a certificate in Computer Essentials for Jewelry Design- Rhino 3D accessory from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained an Online and media marketing Certificate from Pratt Institute in the same year.

In 2017, Hsiao Chun Chang obtained a certification in HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap web design basics from National Taiwan University. Hsiao Chun also achieved a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the Examination Yuan of ROC and a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the 不動產仲介經紀商業同業公會全國聯合會.

In 2019, they obtained a certification in Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent 不動產經紀人 from the 不動產仲介經紀商業同業公會全國聯合會 and a LIA (Land Investment Analyst) certification from 台北市建築經營管理協會.

More recently, in 2022, Hsiao Chun Chang completed a course in Art Law at Christie's Education and obtained a certification with the same name from the institution.
