Adeel Desai

Adeel Desai has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an intern at Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited, where they gained valuable knowledge in gas production, crude oil distillation, and refinery operations. In the same year, they also interned at Lucky Cement Limited, where they learned about the cement manufacturing process and gained insights into different departments and sections of the plant.

In 2017, Adeel worked as a Trainee Engineer at Colgate-Palmolive, where they led the production team, developed and implemented standard operating procedures, and ensured compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and cleaning protocols. Adeel also worked as a Trainee Senior Management at National Refinery Limited during the same period.

From 2017 to 2019, Adeel served as a Shift Executive at Coats, where they led a large production team, ensured process control to meet key performance indicators and production targets, and handled key transactions using the SAP Material Management module.

In 2021, they undertook a project study at sharewise GmbH, analyzing stocks, indices, and cryptocurrencies in correlation with real market trends.

From 2022 to the present, Adeel works at wealthpilot as a Werkstudent Finance, supporting finance-related tasks. Starting in April 2023, they will take on the role of Finance Manager at the same company.

Additionally, in 2020, Adeel worked as a HiWi at the Department of Aerospace and Geodesy at the Technical University of Munich.

Adeel Desai completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology from 2013 to 2017. Then, from 2019 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management from the Technical University of Munich. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Supply Chain Logistics from Rutgers the State University of New Jersey through Coursera in September 2020, The Language and Tools of Financial Analysis from The University of Melbourne through Coursera in September 2020, Corporate Finance Essentials from IESE Business School through Coursera in July 2020, Project Management: The Basics for Success from the University of California, Irvine through Coursera in December 2018, and Managing Safely V5.0 from IOSH in November 2017. Adeel is also a Registered Engineer under the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) since July 2017.
