Nicole Villamor

Nicole Villamor is a Systems Operations Associate in Client Experience at Wealthsimple since December 2021, specializing in Group Retirement Savings Plans. With a strong focus on communication and product expertise, Nicole enhances client engagement and product utilization. Previous roles include Seasonal Quality Lead and Channel Lead at Aritzia, where Nicole was responsible for coaching and development of over 200 associates, as well as ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Nicole’s diverse experience also includes a role as Social Media Coordinator and Graphic Designer at YEAROUTINDIA LIMITED, and entrepreneurial work operating a home bakery.
