Nima Sanajian

Nima Sanajian is a highly accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investments and quantitative research. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investments at Wealthsimple since August 2018, Nima has held several key positions, including Director of Investments. Prior to this, Nima contributed to CPP Investments from May 2014 to August 2018 in various roles such as Senior Associate in Quantitative Research and Global Tactical Asset Allocation, focusing on systematic factor-based frameworks and macro strategies for asset allocation. Nima's earlier experience includes significant roles at CPP Investment Board, RBC Capital Markets, and as a Teaching Assistant at the Rotman School of Management. Nima holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research, Finance from the University of Toronto, complemented by a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
