Vinicius Pondé is a Senior Data Scientist at Wealthsimple, focusing on building Canada's best banking experience. With a background in Operations, Strategy, and Marketing & Sales, Vinicius has developed a holistic understanding of the customer lifecycle and excels at data-driven problem-solving. Previously, they have worked in various capacities, including Business Strategy Analyst at Digital House Brasil and Data Analyst roles at SumUp and Basis Technologies. Vinicius completed a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and furthered their studies in Production Engineering & Management at the University of Strathclyde and Data Science at Digital House Brasil. Currently, they are also building a product to help people find jobs, taking on roles as both Product Manager and Data Scientist.
