Paul Pass is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, international relations, and financial education. Currently serving as Co-Executive Director of Development at KidLinks, Paul has significantly impacted over 430,000 children and families through therapeutic music programs. In addition, Paul collaborates with the U.S.-Japan Council as a consultant for the TOMODACHI Initiative and provides financial education as a licensed professional with WealthWave. As the founder of Paul Pass Global Solutions LLC and Passport 2 Prose, Paul facilitates international product importation and offers marketing solutions for the travel and tourism industry respectively. Formerly, Paul held the position of Executive Director at the Japan-America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth, overseeing various organizational strategies and achieving record fundraising successes. Paul’s educational background includes advanced studies in international relations and nonprofit management, complemented by participation in programs at prestigious institutions such as the London School of Economics and the ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration.
