Malaisamy Radhakrishnan is an experienced UI/UX designer and creative leader with a diverse career spanning over 18 years in various technology companies. Currently serving as a UI/UX Senior Designer at WeAlwin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since September 2020 and as Creative Head at NowApps Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since November 2016, Radhakrishnan has a strong background in web design, having held senior and leadership roles at multiple companies, including MAVEL Technologies and BSEtec, where responsibilities included managing design teams and creating web layouts and logos using tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Radhakrishnan’s foundational experience in web design began at aalpha net solution, with a consistent focus on team leadership and development throughout various positions, complemented by a diploma in Computer Technology from K.L. Nagaswamy Memorial Polytechnic College.
