Thelma Laurette Horsfield is an experienced professional in the field of laboratory analysis and management, currently serving as the General Manager for Water at WearCheck since December 2018. With a long tenure at Set Point Laboratories beginning in February 2004, Thelma has held multiple roles, including Technical Manager, Laboratory Manager, Quality Manager, and Manager of the ICP Department, showcasing expertise in various aspects of laboratory operations. Previous experience includes roles at Anglo Platinum as a Senior Laboratory Technician, Xstrata as a Temp Analyst, Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corporation as a Senior Analytical Chemist, and ArcelorMittal as a Senior Chemical Technician.
