Max Noelle

Max Noelle has worked in various roles within the tech industry since 2006. In 2006, they were a Production Intern at Vogelsänger Studios. In 2008, they were a Producer Intern at Bavaria Film Interactive. In 2009, they founded MGN Media, a media agency. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Managing Director (COO) & Co-Founder at Downtown, Inc., a mobile payment solution for cafes and restaurants. In 2015, they became a Senior Venture Developer at Future Energy Ventures (former innogy Innovation GmbH). In 2017, they became the Managing Director (CEO) & Co-Founder at WeAre GmbH - The Virtual Engineering Base, a virtual reality conferencing solution. In early 2022, WeAre was acquired by the SMS group.

Max Noelle obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Media Economics from the Fachhochschule des Mittelstandes Bielefeld in 2010, having studied the subject full-time from 2007 to 2010. Max then went on to obtain a Master of Arts (MA) in New Media Management from the same university, studying part-time from 2010 to 2012.
