Angelica Astilla

Angelica Astilla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment administration and training. Currently serving as a Principal Specialist at AMS since August 2021, Angelica has developed strong expertise in this field. Prior to this role, Angelica worked at TTEC from January 2016 to July 2021 as a Customer Service Trainer, where skills in training and development were honed. Additionally, experience as a Team Leader at Globe Telecom from October 2014 to May 2015 contributed to strong leadership abilities. Angelica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and Advertising Management from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas, completed in 2011.
