Archar Smith, CCWP, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Partnerships for the Americas at AMS since June 2025, leveraging expertise to enhance talent strategies across a global network. Previously, Archar held various roles at Monument Consulting, culminating in Engagement Executive, where responsibilities included leading client engagements for Contingent Workforce programs and providing thought leadership. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Smith Consulting, Hays, 3 Story Software, IBM, ManpowerGroup, CDI Engineering Solutions, Vurv Technology, and The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, with a focus on workforce management, strategic alliances, and operational excellence. Archar holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from the University of Central Florida.
