Jon Walker has extensive experience in global client services and human resources, with a focus on financial services. Jon has held various leadership roles in companies such as AMS, Pontoon Solutions, and Hays Talent Solutions. Jon is currently the Global Client Director at AMS, where Jon oversees one of the largest Global Financial Services RPO Programmes. Prior to this, Jon served as an Executive Director at Pontoon Solutions, managing core client services programmes in the UK&I region. With a solid background in team management and leadership, Jon has a strong track record of delivering results and building successful client relationships.
