Rory O'Doherty

Rory O'Doherty currently serves as Global Alliances Manager at AMS since January 2024. Previously, Rory held the position of CEO at Squire from April 2021 to May 2024 and worked as Director Of Advisory Services and Incubation Operations Manager at Talent Tech Labs from November 2017 to November 2020, where the focus was on advancing Talent Acquisition Technologies. Rory has diverse experiences, including backpacking in Southeast Asia, serving as Trade Development Executive at Enterprise Ireland from September 2015 to July 2017, and founding the Irish Student Consulting Group, which bridges higher education and industry. Additionally, Rory gained corporate finance experience at Skype during a key integration period following its acquisition by Microsoft. Educational credentials include a BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from New York University.
