Sumate Sachdev

Sumate Sachdev is currently a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Alexander Mann Solutions, where they lead recruitment efforts for Toll Group. Previously, they served as a Regional Talent Acquisition Advisor at Ericsson, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and significantly reducing time-to-hire. Sumate has also worked with RGF Executive Search, Honeywell, and Tata Consultancy Services, specializing in human resources and talent acquisition across diverse regions. They hold a Bachelor of Science in International Business Leadership & Management from Northumbria University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Management from Mahidol University.
