Welson Te has a diverse background in operations, analytics, and communication, with experience spanning various roles in multiple companies. At VXI Global Solutions, LLC, as a Real Time Analyst, Welson monitored queue volumes and attendance adherence to ensure service levels were met. Prior experience includes roles as a Liaison Officer and Graphics Artist at Jink Printshop, where communication with the public and other entities was key. At AMS, responsibilities included project and change management as a Principal Business Intelligence Specialist and supporting operations as an Insights and Intelligence Hub Operations Manager.
