By leveraging the expertise of Site Operations Managers, Office Managers, Regional Managers, Field Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers, the team ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, aligning with company standards and client expectations.

Business Development Team

The Finance Team at Castle is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, payroll management, and financial reporting. Led by the Vice President of Finance, the team includes the Accounts Payable Manager, who supervises vendor payments, and the Payroll Assistant/Accounts Payable, who manages employee payroll and assists with accounts payable. The Equipment Clerk supports financial tracking and records maintenance for company assets.
