Carina Filek

Carina Filek is currently the COO at Elevate. Prior to this, they worked at isla, C&IT Magazine, Like Minded Females (LMF Network) CIC, The Drum, The Girls' Network, Eventex, and The Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM). At the IPM, they were a judge for the IPM Awards.

Carina has a wealth of experience in event management, staffing, and logistics. Carina has overseen large scale retail activations and music festivals with up to 100,000 people in attendance. Carina is known for their ability to implement procedures and processes efficiently and effectively.

Carina Filek did their A Levels in English Literature, Spanish, Art and Physical Education at King Solomon High School.
