Claudia Hohmann

Claudia Hohmann is the current Global FD at Elevate. Claudia previously worked as the Financial Director at Builtvisible from September 2014 to July 2020. Claudia was integral in the preparation and facilitation of a vendor-initiated management buyout at Builtvisible, including long-term business planning, financing scenarios, and definitions of KPIs to drive shareholder and enterprise value. Claudia also successfully implemented a revenue-critical business ERP system (Mavenlink), increasing efficiency and recognised revenue by 25% from the quarter following implementation. This allowed the business to effectively measure and drive business KPIs, increase cross-department profit margins and forecast accurately. In addition, Claudia created and rolled out a commercial awareness and finance fundamentals program across the leadership and front-line teams, with a focus on creating a deeper understanding of business goals and how they can be impacted at all levels. As a result of their efforts, they were able to significantly improve working capital by identifying commercial opportunities and successfully renegotiating 75% of existing and all new contract terms.

Claudia Hohmann has a CIMA in Accounting and Finance from CIMA and a Post-Graduate in Languages, Business Administration & Accounting from Europa-Schule Dr. Obermayr Campus Erbenheim Wiesbaden.
