Phil Edelston

Phil Edelston has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Phil is currently the Global Business Development Director at Elevate Global, a global event staffing agency. Previously, Phil worked as an Executive Coach at their own independent coaching and leadership development business, where they helped leaders grow in self-awareness and achieve personal growth. Phil was also an Executive Coach at Business Growth Coaches Network Ltd, providing coaching and support for business growth. Phil has a background in founding and managing successful companies, including Stellar Global Ltd and Mash Staffing Ltd, where they served as the Founder, Chief Commercial Officer, and Co-Founder. Phil also co-founded Mash Staffing Australia, expanding the business into the Australian market. Additionally, Phil was a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), a global leadership community. Before that, they co-founded a consultant company called Dylan*.

Phil Edelston received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England in 2002. In 2022, they completed their Executive Coaching Accreditation at Tavistock Consulting. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Executive Team Coaching at Hult Ashridge.
