Kate Milleker

Kate Milleker has had a wide range of work experience since 2015. Kate began their career as a Technology Consulting Intern at ComEd for Accenture in 2015. Kate then moved on to become a Web Development and Social Media Intern for JBTV Studios in 2016. That same year, they were a Lead Student Facilitator and Founder of the UIUC Community Club for Girls Who Code, as well as a Teaching Assistant for the Summer Immersion Program. In 2017, they were a Senior Manager (President) of the Star Course Concert Committee at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and also worked as a Research Assistant for Critical Technology Studies at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. In 2018, they were an Assistant Media Designer for the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. In 2019, they became a Software Developer for M1 Interactive. In 2020, they were a Creative Software Engineer for both Envoy and Leviathan, with Leviathan being fully integrated into Envoy in August 2021.

Kate Milleker attended Fenwick High School from 2010 to 2014. Kate then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2018. In 2020, they completed a Continuing Studies course at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
