Angrick Capriles Torres has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Freelance Consultant, Tech Recruiter, and Public Speaker for different public and private institutions across Europe. Angrick conducted full-cycle recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles and managed projects related to sustainable development.
In 2014, Torres co-founded their first startup, E-Move, where they served as the CEO and Senior Tech Recruiter. Angrick played a key role in the strategic and financial development of the company, implemented a hiring plan for recruitment processes, and acted as a brand ambassador through networking events and career fairs.
In 2016, Torres co-founded Senda Ecoway S.L., a sustainable tourism portal, where they managed the development of their Android app, coordinated web design, supported strategic product planning, and served as a brand ambassador.
From 2017 to 2018, Torres worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Middle Point, an international recruitment agency in the yacht building and maritime industry. Angrick handled the end-to-end recruitment process, managed external parties, sourced candidates, negotiated terms, and provided follow-up support.
In 2019, Torres joined RocketPeople (One.) as a Tech Talent Business Partner, where they connected leaders to fast-growing tech scale-ups and focused on executive-level recruitment.
Starting in 2020, Torres took on various roles with different companies. Angrick worked as a Senior Tech Recruiter for Matchr, specialized in tech recruitment as a Freelancer for Madame Tech, and served as the Senior Tech Recruiter (via WeAreKeen) for OLX Group, a Tech & Product company with international brands.
In the same year, Torres also joined Docfield as a Lead Tech Recruiter, responsible for assisting people in saving time and improving document management efficiency.
Lastly, in 2020, Torres began working as a Senior Technical Recruiter for WeAreKeen | Tech Talent Partners, continuing their focus on tech recruitment.
Throughout their career, Torres has demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, strategic planning, stakeholder management, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and building strong networks within the tech industry.
Angrick Capriles Torres completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. The specific start and end years for this degree are not provided. Following that, in 2004-2005, Angrick pursued further education at Universidad Metropolitana and obtained expertise in Industrial Processing.
