Annemarie Sterk has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Prior to their current role, Annemarie worked at YoungCapital, where they held various managerial positions. Annemarie managed the StudentJob International department and was responsible for maintaining and expanding market share for StudentenWerk at key accounts such as ING, Rabobank, and NS. Annemarie also served as the Manager Backoffice a.i., Manager International Recruitment Center, and Landelijk Accountmanager Banking & Insurance. In these roles, they focused on building partnerships, optimizing operational performance, and providing commercial and operational advice. Additionally, Annemarie worked as a Vestigingsmanager, leading a team of recruiters and achieving commercial objectives by building and maintaining client relationships.
Before joining YoungCapital, Annemarie gained experience as a Recruiter, where they consistently sought the best match between clients and candidates. Annemarie conducted sales meetings with potential clients, negotiated rates, and conducted interviews with candidates.
Annemarie started their career as a Consultant at Capgemini, where they worked for a year before moving on to new opportunities.
Annemarie Sterk pursued their education with dedication and determination. From 1994 to 2000, they attended Stedelijk Gymnasium Leiden, achieving their high school diploma. Following this, they enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) for their master's degree in Business Administration. Between 2001 and 2006, they focused on their studies, ultimately earning a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from VU Amsterdam.
