Jackleen Samuel, PT, DPT is a healthcare leader with extensive experience in physical therapy and healthcare technology. Currently serving as President and CEO of Resilient Healthcare since December 2018, Jackleen has driven innovation in Hospital-at-Home and Transitional Care through the development of Care Anywhere Software, Taxi Health™. Additionally, Jackleen is a 2023 UBS x Luminary Fellow, assisting women of color-owned businesses, and is a Founder Fellow of The Fourth Floor, aimed at supporting BIPOC entrepreneurs and women in board roles. Contributions to KICK Foundation as a board member highlight a commitment to improving the lives of children through soccer. Jackleen is also active as a thought leader within the Forbes Business Council and has founded Post Acute Rehab Solutions, a staffing agency for therapists.
