Amy Genge

Amy Genge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and internal audit assurance. Currently serving as the Risk & Internal Audit Assurance Manager at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust since July 2022, Amy is responsible for the development and oversight of the organization's Risk Strategy and managing risk management tools and processes. Previously, Amy held the position of BSC Audit & Risk Manager at OVO from July 2020 to July 2022, leading the Balancing and Settlement Code Audit for the company's metering and supplier operations. Amy's career at SSE plc spanned from September 2005 to July 2020, where Amy managed multiple teams and workstreams, focusing on performance improvement through strong leadership and coaching. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Childhood Studies: Early Years from the University of Chichester, obtained from 2002 to 2005.
