Cristian Winder

Cristian Winder is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in regional marketing management and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Regional Marketing Manager at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust, Cristian oversees marketing activities across London, Midlands, and South Regions, managing relationships with 130 partner organizations, including English Football League clubs. Prior experience includes Marketing Manager roles at Everyone Active and Local Tennis Leagues, as well as experience in digital content management with Red Bee Media and account management at XM London and Tullo Marshall Warren. Cristian holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Politics from the University of Bristol.
