Jess Evans

Jess Evans is a strategic advisor specializing in youth voice and employment, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at the Youth Futures Foundation and as a Policy Designer in teacher recruitment at the Department for Education. With a strong background in applied behavioral insights, they actively promote evidence-based policy and user-centered education design. Jess also advises the Board of Directors at the National Citizen Service Trust, leading the development of a youth voice strategy and co-chairing the inaugural Youth Advisory Board. They hold a First Class BA in Psychology and Behavioural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
