Hamid Nawaz

Hamid Nawaz has been working as a Lead Full Stack (React & Node) Developer at Nova since January 2022. In this role, they have added smart search functionality and improved the algorithm logic of the platform, resulting in improved querying and accuracy of search results. Hamid has also refactored old code for better readability.

Prior to their role at Nova, Hamid worked as a Full Stack React and Node Developer at iPlex from March 2021 to January 2022.

Before that, they worked at Huawei as a Full Stack Developer from December 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they efficiently worked in team projects, developed applications/platforms for the Middle East Region using HTML, jQuery, CSS, and JavaScript, and created RESTful APIs for different requirements. Hamid also had an internship at Huawei from September 2019 to November 2019.

Hamid Nawaz completed their secondary education at IMSB 1-8/4, Islamabad Pakistan from 2008 to 2012, focusing on the science field. Hamid then enrolled at Punjab College of Information And Technology Satellite Town Rawalpindi from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained their intermediate degree in Pre-Engineering. From 2015 to 2019, Hamid attended COMSATS University Islamabad and earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2019, they further enhanced their skills by participating in the CubeSats Satellite Design summer school at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
