Adam Smith

Adam Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, delivery management, and project execution across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Success and Delivery Management at Planet since October 2022, Adam leads operational management of premium partners and enterprise accounts while reporting directly to the COO. Previously, Adam held positions such as Global Head of Customer Implementations and Director PMO Product Delivery at R3 Digital. With a background at Worldpay as the Vice President Head of Delivery and Project Manager Consultant, Adam demonstrated expertise in establishing delivery functions and managing strategic projects. Adam's education includes a BA (Honours) in Business Economics from Liverpool University and a Level 4 CIPS qualification in Purchasing and Procurement.
