Margaret Garrett

Margaret Garrett is a seasoned professional in customer service management, currently serving as the VP Customer Service Support at Planet since July 2022. Prior to this role, Margaret spent two decades at Elavon, Inc., where responsibilities included leading the EU Front Office & Premier Services and managing customer service, technical helpdesk, and premier departments across teams in Ireland, Spain, Germany, and Poland. Margaret also held positions as the Head of Front Office Europe, overseeing EU call centers and vendor management, and as Call Centre Manager for the UK and Ireland, in addition to experience as an Operations Manager.
