Jeanne Croteau has a wealth of experience in the field of education and writing. Jeanne started their career in 2007 as an Entertainment Editor for DEFY Media, where they created daily digital content in the form of movie, music, and television recaps, reviews, and news. Jeanne also maintained relationships with press agents and production studios, and used WordPress and HTML to publish content and embed images and videos. In 2011, they became a Staff Writer for Megan Media LLC / SocialMoms and a Travel Medical Case Manager for Allianz Partners. In this role, they taught psychology, sociology, and anthropology and was committed to providing a flexible, inclusive learning environment for their students. Jeanne Croteau has an extensive education history. Jeanne obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Athabasca University in 2006-2008, followed by a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University in 2013-2014. Jeanne then obtained a College Teaching Certificate from Capella University in 2016-2023. In 2021, they obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from MyTEFL.
