Kimberley Gorelik

Kimberley Gorelik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kimberley is currently the Director of Strategy at WeAreTeachers, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the same company in multiple roles including Agency Services from October 2018 to January 2020 and Senior Editor from March 2017 to October 2018.

Before joining WeAreTeachers, Kimberley worked in the education sector. Kimberley was a Gifted and Talented Teacher at RSU22 from September 2015 to March 2017, and prior to that, they served as a 1st and 2nd Grade Teacher at the same institution from September 2013 to September 2015.

Kimberley'sprevious experience includes working as an Academic Interventionist at Msad # 6 from September 2012 to September 2013, and as a 1st Grade Teacher/Literacy Specialist at RSU 57 from October 2010 to September 2012.

Kimberley also gained experience in a leadership role as the Interim Executive Director at LITERACY VOLUNTEERS OF GREATER SANFORD from January 2010 to October 2010. Through their various roles, Kimberley has developed a strong background in education, strategy, and leadership.

Kimberley Gorelik has a strong educational background in the field of education. Kimberley earned their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Skidmore College, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Masters of Science degree in Literacy Education from the University of Southern Maine, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Kimberley also holds a certification in Agile Marketing Foundations, which they obtained from LinkedIn in December 2018.
