Troy Masco began their career in 2013 as an Account Executive at Command Transportation. In this role, they collaborated on critical initiatives and drove new account growth via prospecting. Troy also navigated Command's proprietary software "clutch" to manage daily operational tasks such as account management, invoicing and shipments tracking. In 2016, they moved on to become an Investor at Personal Portfolios, Inc. In 2022, Troy began working at WARP as a Client Solutions Representative, where they welcomed shippers and offered direct store delivery, direct carrier injections, and warehouse transfers. Troy was later promoted to Senior Client Solutions Representative.
Troy Masco graduated from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Food and Consumer Packaged Goods Marketing.
