Founded in 2019, Wearin' creates IoT wearable solutions that enhance safety and efficiency by improving situational awareness and enabling a better coordination of connected humans such as lone workers, security personnel, firefighters and first responders. It makes high-risk work environments safer and smarter with real-time insights from user-generated field data.

Wearin’ is part of the Swiss-headquartered technology group Conextivity. With nearly 700 people worldwide, one Group R&D center located in Switzerland and supported by regional hubs, six manufacturing sites, and two business activities (Wearin' and Fischer Connectors), Conextivity Group offers high-performance connectivity solutions that manage power and data flows seamlessly from sensors and devices to the cloud and AI, enabling the emergence of new transverse and scalable ecosystems.

Wearin’s solution is unique in both its technological ingenuity and modularity. Data from biometric sensors and environmental detection alarm systems worn by users in the field provide comprehensive real-time situational awareness to a central monitoring station. Via a cloud-based dashboard platform powered by artificial intelligence, the central station can communicate real-time information and recommendations that improve safety, efficiency and the collective coordination of ongoing operations and responses.

Wearin’ offers an end-to-end connectivity solution tailored to the safety and collaboration typologies and requirements set up in a modular fashion by customer organizations' engagement and monitoring centers.

Powered by AI and biometrically enabled, Wearin's solution comprises two scalable platforms, one physical and one digital, which communicate with each other in real time and via a two-way channel.

Wearin’ is an Associated Partner of SYNERGISE, an international, EU-funded project launched in September 2023 to boost the efficiency and safety of first responders during life-saving missions.
