Gea Salsabila

Gea Salsabila is an HR Recruitment and Selection Officer at Wearing Klamby since March 2022, overseeing the entire recruitment process and implementing talent assessments to align candidates with the company's values. Prior experience includes roles as a co-tester in psychological testing at Universitas Bhamada Slawi, PT Kereta Api Indonesia, and various banks, where responsibilities involved administering and scoring psychometric assessments for candidates and students. Gea holds a Sarjana Psikologi degree with a focus on Organizational Psychology from Bandung Islamic University, completed in July 2021.
